ORDERING PROCESS
How to complete an order?
When you find perfect product click "Add to card". You can order more products or go next by clicking "Checkout". The last step is filling in contact details and choosing payment method.
That's it, you can enjoy you product when it arrives!
Can I change my order after payment is taken?
If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, there is possibility to change the order. We would kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible on albazarrfashion@gmail.com including order number and changes you want to make.
Can I change my address after an order is completed?
If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, please contact us as soon as possible on albazarrfashion@gmail.com including order number and changes you want to make.
When will I get order conformation?
As soon as payment has reached us you will get the conformation email.
Where will I find my order number?
The order number in a format "#1001" will be included in the order conformation email. In case of any problem please check the SPAM folder.

What payment methods are you offering?
We offer: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
RETURNS
How can i return an order?
You have 14 days to return your products in unused condition from the day you receive your order. For more information please contact us on albazarrfashion@gmail.com.
What to do if my item is faulty?
In situation where the product came in a faulty condition please contact us on albazarrfashion@gmail.com including your order number with photos showing defects. If we decide your item is faulty we will send you a new item for free without the need to return the faulty product.
I have ordered few items but I got only one or some of the products.
We work with different suppliers to make shipments quicker and smoother, we want to make sure everything gets shipped as soon as possible so we send products from where they're available.
SHIPPING COST AND TIMES
How much does the shipping costs?
The shipping is FREE on all orders in the UK.
Where do the products come from?
Products come from outside of EU as we do not have our logistics centre yet.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship mostly to UK, but we offer shipping to other countries in the EU.
SHIPPING TIMES
How long does the shipping take?
Most of the time the orders will arrive within 2-3 weeks from the day of payment. Sometimes, mostly from the carrier's fault, shipping is a bit longer, max shipping time is 60 working days.
What happens when the designated time is over and I still don't have my order?
Maximum time for delivery is 60 days, if the time is over please contact us as soon as possible, and we will sort this out for you.
Why the status of my order hasn't changed for a while?
Don't worry, all the information in the system can be a little bit delayed. Unfortunately we do not have influence over the carrier so we just need to wait for them to update the system.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 5 working days after the payment. After the shipment we will send you an email immediately.
